The device has the following advantages

2. The hanger type die head adopts a special double throttling design to make the thickness adjustment of the board more precise. The temperature control of plus or minus 1 ℃ can accurately control the plasticizing process and the flatness of the plate thickness.

3. The three roller calender adopts a vertical free lifting method. The thickness control of the plate adopts screw adjustment and bi-directional adjustment of the pressure wheel to accurately control the thickness of the plate.

4. The independently controlled roller temperature control system can accurately control the temperature of the pressure roller to ensure uniform thickness of the sheet metal. The advantage of this device is that it does not require granulation.
